Yes, completely normal. Once your tracking
number is generated, it can take 24 to 72 hours
for the first scan to appear in the system.
This happens because your order goes through
our quality check and packaging process before
being handed to the carrier. During this time,
the tracking code exists but hasn't been
physically scanned yet.
If your tracking shows no updates after

Our standard delivery time is 6–8 business
days after your order ships — this is shown
at checkout.
Due to high demand and international shipping
volume, some orders may take between 10–15
business days in exceptional cases. This is
not common, but we want to be fully transparent
so there are no surprises.

If your estimated delivery date has passed
and your order hasn't arrived yet:

"Out for Delivery" or "Delivered,"
check with neighbors or your building's mail area.

2. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us immediately — we'll open an investigation with the carrier within 24 hours.

3. If your order exceeds 15 business days from the ship date, we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund. No questions asked.
